Due to our ever-expanding growth as a company, we are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work in our busy Cowshill office.

Working hours:  Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM preferable but open to negotiation for the right candidate.

Start date: Immediate start available.

Role:  Office Administrator – Permanent position.

Closing date for applications:  Friday 22nd July 2022

The role will include but is not limited to:

• Day to day administrative duties such as:

– Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence by phone and email.

– Data entry across excel spreadsheets and our CRM.

– Paper management inclusive of copying and filing documents as required.

• Correspondence with engineers and all departments.
• Holiday cover as and when required.
• Undertaking other administrative duties where required.

Required experience and skills:

• Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel etc.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and pro-active.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• High standard of written communication skills.

Preferred but non-essential experience and skills:

• Generation of Purchase orders and Invoices using Sage.
• Working in an office-based environment.
• Full UK Driving licence.
