Job Vacancy – Office Administrator (Crook)
Due to our ever-expanding growth as a company, we are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work in our busy Crook office.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM preferable but open to negotiation for the right candidate.
Start date: Immediate start available.
Role: Office Administrator – Permanent position.
Closing date for applications: Friday 29th July 2022
The role will include but is not limited to the below:
- Assist with the running of the service department, dealing with all day to day to tasks and following the departmental procedures, this will include:
- Scheduling emptying and CCTV and jetting visits
- Liaising with customers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Generating orders and managing visits
- Dealing with new enquiries from initial enquiry and actioning the enquiry
- Updating CRM
- RA Dalton vehicle fleet management which will include but is not limited to the following;
- The day to day running of the RA Dalton fleet
- Liaising with engineers and management in a timely manner
- Maintain and control weekly vehicle check sheets
- Organise services and maintenance for the fleet
- Manage the purchase and sale of vehicles
- Milage and fuel consumption reporting
- Managing the fleet tracking system
• Day to day administrative duties such as:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence by phone and email.
- Data entry across excel spreadsheets and our CRM.
- Paper management inclusive of copying and filing documents as required.
- Correspondence with engineers and all departments
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
- Extensive email and telephone correspondence
Essential skills:
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- High standard of written communication skills.
- Confident phone manner and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and pro-active.
- Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position
