Minimising impact on the area

In recent years the government and Natural England have brought in an initiative that targets certain areas of the UK which are dealing with higher levels of nitrogen and phosphorus in their watercourses.

Therefore, any development work in the affected areas need to prove that they will be nutrient neutral or buy sufficient credits through the new government scheme to allow for adjustment of other activities in the area to mitigate the new flow.

For this to be accurate you must identify the anticipated levels of phosphorus and/or Nitrogen generated by the treated effluent which can be identified and adjusted dependent on the system being installed.

RA Dalton is able to assist not only in the sizing and specification of your new sewage treatment plant but also select the system to minimise impact on the area and additional costs for purchasing credits.
