Job Title – Installation Administrator

RA Dalton Ltd are recruiting an installation administrator to work in our busy Cowshill Office.
The role will include but is not limited to the below:
- Create and send quotations via email from contracts manager’s reports.
- Issuing order acknowledgements for signature to customers using Adobe.
- Generating sales orders and setting up projects.
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers for materials and setting up job sheet record in excel.
- Raising and receipting, purchase orders for suppliers.
- Liaising with building control, arranging inspections and completing documentation.
- Extensive communication with installation engineers during projects.
- Arrange commissioning visit at the end of the installation and update spreadsheet in excel.
- Off hiring all equipment from suppliers at the end of the project.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Extensive email and telephone correspondence.
- Communicating with all departments across RA Dalton.
- Updating of CRM with all documentation.
- Attend weekly team meetings.
Essential skills:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Confident phone manner and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people.
