If you ask anyone at R A Dalton which is undoubtedly the best package sewage treatment plant on the market for both commercial and domestic appliances it will come to no surprise that the Kingspan Klargester BioDisc will be the most coveted.
It is easy to see why when you take into equation the low running costs, minimal operation noise and high effluent quality standard. These features make them a preferred choice for many, although they may cost a bit more in the first instance the benefits are undeniable.
For one site in particular the Kingspan Klargester BE BioDisc was recommended as the best choice for a developing lodge park in North Yorkshire, the site had planning permission for 12 no. 4 Berth lodges and the BioDisc was the best option for the peaceful nature of the holiday park.

When the customer initially made contact with ourselves they were in the initial stages of the development and had outlined what was required, within the proposed scope of works there was only a requirement for us to install the Kingspan Klargester BE BioDisc and commission once the site was up and running.
The building contractor on site who was constructing the lodges was also responsible for the installation of the inlet and outlet pipework in case there were any adaptations required during the site development.
The customer was quite keen to proceed with the tank installation in the earlier stages of the project, this was carried out in May 2019 where our team installed the tank shell and removed some of the mechanical part and stored them out site safely so they were ready for our commissioning engineers to complete the works.
In September 2019 we were contacted by the customer again to advise that construction works were almost complete and they were ready for the final connections to be made. In late September one of our experienced servicing engineers attended to install and wired in the motor and fully commission the unit, checking its operation etc.

Dylon Boyle joined RA Dalton nine months ago as an apprentice field engineer in our servicing division, working alongside our experienced service engineers while he gained the knowledge he needs to handle the variety of scenarios life as an RA Dalton engineer will throw at him.
Apprenticeships like this sit at the heart of RA Dalton and are crucial to how we continue to grow our engineering team, while ensuring our quality of service is upheld to the best possible standard.
