RA Dalton Proudly Takes Delivery of the First Nissan Interstar Van in the North East!

Crook, DL15 8RA – 31/01/25 – Exciting news from RA Dalton as we take delivery of the first brand-new Interstar Nissan van in the North East! After a five-month wait, our team is thrilled to have this state-of-the-art vehicle on the road—our senior servicing engineers’ preferred choice for its practical design, reliability and performance.

A huge thank you to Lookers Nissan Business Centre in Gateshead for making this possible and to Autoskins for their expert finishing touches. This new addition to our fleet ensures we continue delivering top-quality service with even greater efficiency.

Supporting the next stage of our growth

As RA Dalton continues to grow, we’re looking at how we can develop the way we work to support both our customers and the wider business.

With new opportunities emerging and our customer base continuing to develop, it is vital our internal processes and communication evolve alongside us. This means strengthening how different departments connect and ensuring that we continue to provide the consistent, quality, personable service our customers expect.

As part of this ongoing development, we are pleased to share that Gail Bould will be moving into a broader role within the company as Business Development Operations Manager.

Gail’s journey with RA Dalton

Gail joined us on 2nd March 2026 as an Installations Administrator, becoming part of the team responsible for supporting our installations activity.

While relatively new to RA Dalton, Gail brings more than 15 years of experience across a range of industries, including engineering and technical services, business performance and account management.

Just two months after joining, Gail took on the responsibility of managing the Kingspan account, across both installations and servicing, helping to strengthen the connection between two of our core service divisions.

An insight into Gail’s new role

At its heart, Gail’s new role is about supporting a more consistent and effective approach to new business, whilst continuing to support existing customers and business relationships.

She will be working across departments to help new opportunities progress smoothly, from the first enquiry through to onboarding and ongoing account management.

A key part of the role will be looking at how those different stages connect, helping strengthen processes and improve communication between departments to make the process as seamless as possible for both our customers and internal team members.
