In this recent service call, our engineer attended a site in the Scottish Highlands to investigate issues with a Klargester BB BioDisc unit. Despite the stunning scenery, the weather proved challenging, with heavy rain contributing to the problem at hand.

• The capacitor box was cleaned thoroughly, and all electrical connections were checked and confirmed safe.

System Recommissioning

• Power was restored to the unit and the BioDisc resumed normal operation, rotating as expected.
