Welcome Cindy: Our New Servicing Scheduler at RA Dalton

We are pleased to introduce Cindy as one of the newest member of the RA Dalton team. She joins us as a Servicing Scheduler at our Crook office, where she will play a key role in coordinating service operations, ensuring our Field Service Engineers are fully utilised, and maintaining efficient administrative processes to meet customer expectations.

Professional Background

Cindy began her career at the age of 17, working at B&Q in kitchen sales. She later transitioned into kitchen installations, where she managed product orders and scheduled jobs with fitters. With 18 years of experience in scheduling and coordination, Cindy brings valuable expertise to her new role at RA Dalton.

Why RA Dalton?

Looking for a new challenge, Cindy was drawn to RA Dalton’s strong reputation, family-oriented culture, and dedicated team environment. She was eager to be part of a company that values teamwork and operational excellence.

Outside of the office, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, and going on long walks.

Supporting the next stage of our growth

As RA Dalton continues to grow, we’re looking at how we can develop the way we work to support both our customers and the wider business.

With new opportunities emerging and our customer base continuing to develop, it is vital our internal processes and communication evolve alongside us. This means strengthening how different departments connect and ensuring that we continue to provide the consistent, quality, personable service our customers expect.

As part of this ongoing development, we are pleased to share that Gail Bould will be moving into a broader role within the company as Business Development Operations Manager.

Gail’s journey with RA Dalton

Gail joined us on 2nd March 2026 as an Installations Administrator, becoming part of the team responsible for supporting our installations activity.

While relatively new to RA Dalton, Gail brings more than 15 years of experience across a range of industries, including engineering and technical services, business performance and account management.

Just two months after joining, Gail took on the responsibility of managing the Kingspan account, across both installations and servicing, helping to strengthen the connection between two of our core service divisions.

An insight into Gail’s new role

At its heart, Gail’s new role is about supporting a more consistent and effective approach to new business, whilst continuing to support existing customers and business relationships.

She will be working across departments to help new opportunities progress smoothly, from the first enquiry through to onboarding and ongoing account management.

A key part of the role will be looking at how those different stages connect, helping strengthen processes and improve communication between departments to make the process as seamless as possible for both our customers and internal team members.
